I fell in love with the cuisine long before I visited asia. Since then, however, I have travelled asia extensively sampling food in Bali, China, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Laos, Taiwan, the Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam. Every time I have asian food I find something new and exciting I want to share whether it's in country or in your kitchen at home there's always something new to discover.
Asian food can range from the simple to the complex to the downright bizarre but there's something for everyone and it's always enormous fun to make.
